Consumers in the European Union are entitled to a minimum two-year legal guarantee on all goods.

Under this guarantee, you may claim your rights if goods:
• Do not match the description
• Do not function as intended

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity that existed when the goods were delivered and becomes apparent within the guarantee period. In such cases, sellers are required to offer:

• In some cases, a price reduction or full refund
